Cool. I actually have a book about flowers and embroidery, which has ideas, ways to stitch that type of slightly funky flower. IIRC, it was a bargain on Amazon - I think I'll send it to you....with the rest of the stuff.
Soon.....or so.
Back to working on my Flyways - I'll put a progress pic up on RCTNP - the colors are so bright it's fun - and not high concentration (now that I'm almost done with the excessive use of laying tool). My present to myself today - stitching on the fun piece, as opposed to anything I should be doing.
