We came, we saw, we shopped, we ate ;-) IOW, a good time was had by all.
The vendors seemed to have targetted the cross stitching crowd although Brit Stitch had some lovely crewel designs and another 'shop' had a selection of punchwork patterns. Even a non-XS'er like me found things to buy: A-Z of Embroidery which is a good companion to my A-Z of Stumpwork book and threads which I had heard about but weren't carried locally. I couldn't resist Chocolate Mousse, a XS chart of a moose, which most likely I'll morph into a free style work.
The best part of the trip, however, was the freewheeling exchange of ideas with my travelling companions.
