Are there problems with firing a kiln load with bowls that are different thicknesses? I want to fire some large bowls with some items that are smaller and thinner in between the large bowls to fill the space. I can only fit 2-3 bowls on a shelf and there is room left that could fit other pieces. Seems a waste not to fill it but I was wondering if they would overfire during the soaking period. I'm firing bisque ^04 and glaze ^6. Electric kiln. I've made pieces that end up being about 1/4 inch and my thickest I guess ends up about 1/2 - 3/4 inch. I do often throw large bowls as thin as
1/4 inch at times. Now I'm wondering about firing them all together. Any comments appreciated. Crystal
