Free handbuilding handouts .. and a new site

Folks,

I recently spruced up the gallery area of my site. I'd be curious to know what others think of it. You can check it out at

New features: * Use and Gift ideas * Actual size template * Details pages * e-Comm shopping cart

As a bonus, I added 7 new handouts from the handbuilding class I taught in college. Feel free to use as you like, even sell them, but please keep my name associated with them. (They are covered by a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike license.)

I won't force folks to search through my site for them :-)

John,

Many many thanks to you. My 14 year old finally expressed an interest in trying clay-play. I printed out your handouts into a booklet for her. She's anti-parental-supervision so the booklet allows her to do her own thing. I have to ask if you did any on throwing since she's eager to have at the wheel. Meantime I'll return to your site and check out if there are more handouts.

Again, thanks, Catherine in Yuma, AZ ================================================

Catherine,

Be sure to check out the flip book on the lower corner of the throwing handouts :-)

..and thanks for the note. Makes me happy they are up there and folks are using them. (Sorry for the late response, I assumed I'd be notified if/when a comment was left on the thread.)

Cheers-
