Raku glazes

I'm growing restless with my current raku glazes (primarily white crackle and copper matte, both of which have been giving excellent results) and want to shake it up a bit.

Any recommended cone 08 raku recipes? Particularly, I'm looking for bronze-ish glazes and red glazes (recently I saw a bunch of raku pots that had a nice red glaze on the interior).

Thanks.

there's a group of us here that are using lately plain old 80-20 white crackle glaze with a copper carbonate splash. we get strong greens and copper reds like the raku copper penny.

we don't measure the copper carb splash. we use "some" copper carb, maybe a tablespoon, into maybe 2 cups of water. mix it up. we brush it on, dip, or sprinkle onto pots glazed with regular 80-20 white crackle.

no fuss in the reduction chamber, but we get good strong colors.

see ya
