a bit OT again

Well to all of you who thought I was doing better I am forced to admit that I spoke too soon. I really ought to know better by now. Maybe you guys can all learn this quicker than I seem to be doing! It's that eternal optimism, that's what it is. It gets me every time. And yet I keep believing. Well good for me! LOL

Karen, keep on, keeping on. You will get there! Maybe tomorrow will be better. Barbara in SC

But Karen, if you didn't have the optimism, just think where you would be now; and that black hole is truly horrible. Don't wish your optimism away. Read through to the end of the poem 'IF' by Rudyard Kipling. It is a truly desirable commodity. . In message , "Karen, Queen of Squishies" writes

Remember a coupla years back when all I could do was 5 MINUTES at a time? It ended up being a Twin size quilt.

SET your timer for 5 min.then walk away.come back a bit later and do another

5 Min. you WILL see progress--just not as fast as you think you should be doing it.

BTDT and got the pixs to prove it.

Butterfly (Better 5 min now and work your way up to 20 than 20 now and NOT being able to for weeks again)

Wings, I am SO glad you didn't give up! You just have to keep on. Karen, you listen to her now, you hear? Better to be able to get a little bit done, than none at all. LOL Barbara in rainy SC

Hi Karen,

Unfortunately, no recovery is a straight line upward. It's always up and down, so don't get discouraged. You'll get there.
