Bella Rosa--done and pictures

I've been saving pink/brown fabric for years, waiting for the right pattern. And this is the result. I've posted a picture of the entire quilt, close ups and a side view in my Flickr account. I'm pleased. :>

I also have there the finished (on the wall!) picture of OVER THE RIVER and some new yarn I just got for a mystery shawl project. Yes, knitters have mystery patterns, just like quilters.

You're pleased? I'm speechless! Joan, they are both beautiful; but that large quilt is heavenly ... . In message , joan8904 in Bellevue Nebraska writes

Absolutely gorgeous, Joan. I love the pattern and the fabrics. I've been saving pinks and browns for such a quilt myself.

The Bella Rosa quilt is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Did I mention that it's gorgeous? Your mix of fabrics is perfect and the layout really draws interest.

Cool that you've finished your Over the River wallhanging. It is quite lovely.

Thanks so much for sharing. :-) Michelle in Nevada
