I've had a few messages about email tests and I just want to clarify that the email test has not yet started. Once the Directory form closes, I have some clean up to do on the data - removing the duplicates and one triplicate (you all know who you are), checking to make sure all the info is in the right place, etc. Then the file gets sorted by the response to the "Are you in the Directory" question. You thought we were just being nosy, didn't you. But this field is used to group all the new entries to make it easier to review them. But every name regardless of response is checked against the previous Directory.
Then the file will get sent to Karen who will work her magic on it and will test the emails to make sure they work. This is an important step since the email address you provided is used to send the Directory. Once the email test is completed, the file will be saved in the various formats for delivery. Karen will provide you with details on this part of the process when she is ready.
