I have that, and I use it occasionally. I use a Clover white pencil that is perfect for dark fabrics. It also shows up very good on light fabrics unless it is solid white of course. The first time I used it, I thought something was wrong with it, because it did not show up immediately on my dark fabric, lol. You have to wait several seconds for it to show up. That pencil, and a regular pencil are that ones I use for almost everything.
