You better watch out: That snowman could cause a fire. Hallmark is recalling its 'jumbo snowman snow globes.'
Apparently, when sunlight hits the snowglobe, it can become a magnifying glass and "ignite nearby combustible materials," the Consumer Product Safety Commission said in a news release.
No one has been injured, but at least two fires have been reported.
The snowmen at issue are model number 1XAG5093 and have UPC code
795902066666. They retailed for about $100.Consumers are advised to keep their snowmen out of direct sunlight. Take it to any Hallmark Gold Crown store for a full refund.
