I have not been on the news group for (literally) years. My user name was Theresa and/or
I am trying to get ahold of Tigr, and I am hoping that someone has her current email or phone number.
Thanks for any help you can give.

WOW--I was thinking of you just this week I don't have her address at the moment, but she posts occ. How've you been? Is it still and/or? Miss seeing you around. Gen
She's been hanging out on the baseball swap group. Should I ask her to get in touch with you, or is there a message you'd like me to pass along?
It is a really long story, but the short version is:
Tim and I got married, after about 3.5 years he was spending more time at some other woman's house (helping her fix things), than ours. He moved out, into her house. I packed all of his stuff, and the kid's stuff up (he was too lazy to do it - or he thought if he didn't pack up I would let him back - Fat chance).
I met a new guy, he had an 18 month old daughter, 2 grown daughters and 3 grandkids. When we decided we were going to be serious, I bought a used Mazda Miata convertible (to get through the impact of becoming a full time mom/grandma),
We got married May 7th, honeymoon cruise to the western Caribbean. Now we are looking into putting an addition on the house (it is an a-frame, no bedrooms, just a loft - great for a single person or a couple, but not for a family).
Logan (daughter) is now 3, we have 4 grandkids, 2 dogs, way too many cats, 2 harleys and the other stuff that goes with new families.
I changes computers and operating systems quite a while ago, I just figured out how to get back to the news group. And I am not entirely certain that I will be able to get back (LOL).
I have been quilting some, but find it is terribly difficult with a 3 year old who wants to help. . .
It is nice to be remembered, Hope you are doing well.
You can tell her that I am an idiot, and have yet again misplaced her phone number and email address. Give her my sincere and humble apologies, and beg her to contact me.
thanks a bunch
Done! (Well, all except the idiot part. *grin*)
Congratulations. I hope all continues to go well. Gen

Okay, I do remember you Teresa! Welcome back. Looks like your second chance comes with a delightful bonus. Enjoy her, and your new DH! TTFN, PAT in Virginia
Thank you to everyone who told me about Theresa looking for me. We'd talked briefly on the phone and she'd misplaced my phone number (something about it being written in crayon still tickles me). I called her and gave her all the pertinent info.
And no, Raggedy, there isn't a bounty, or a reward. I'm not in trouble (that I know of)...just been busy working on my sister's quilt with Mom (which Mom put the last two rows on yesterday) and gearing up for the new term at school.
Hugs to y'all! Tigg
Howdy!
More info, please: How'd you do on the last school term? Hmmm?
Ragmop/Sandy--opening the door for Tig, inviting her to brag ;-D
and Tigg has bragging rights too!
Last term...got an A in the math class, figured I would. Could have stopped after chapter 11 and not taken the final and gotten an A, but it was just business math so wasn't very hard.
Also got an A in the creative writing class. Even wrote a story about a quilt store owner and her employees. Again, I didn't think I would do badly in that class. I've been writing for years, although I still would love to publish if I could ever get something in shape enough to do that. Mostly, I just write for fun.
Took both those classes online, probably won't take any classes online again though. I think I do better in a classroom setting. I probably won't take any classes over the summer next year either. I found myself with very little time to do the things I wanted to do.
This term, I'm taking Sociology, Marriage and Family (another sociology class) and Applied Voice. Going to classes on Tuesday and Thursday this time around, which should give me a bit more time for homework and time to get together with Mom to work on quilts or whatever. We did finish my sister's quilt last week, Mom put the last two rows of blocks on it on Sunday. I asked if she could get Daddy to take some pictures so I could put them up on my webshots page so y'all could see if you want. I also asked for pictures of their 50th anniversary quilt that I made them. I may have to ask Dad myself next time I talk to him, but hopefully I'll have something to show you. :)
Ok, all done bragging. :) Hugs, Tigg (off to take a nap)
Great job, Tigg! And I can't wait to see the pics. :)
it's definitively good enough! :-D ;-)
cept for the meanie in the story. :)) yup, our Tiggs is one clever lass, no doubt about it. hugz, jeanne
Y'all just say that because you're in it. ;)
Tigg
Nope - it's just a great story! you *are* good at writing! if you ever publish I will be first in line to buy it - or as close as I can get anyway!
