Friend sent me this: In a recent issue of MSUToday (Michigan State University) there was an article about quilts and computers and what MSU has achieved when it comes to organizing digital library collections. The Quilt Index is a collection built on Project Builder software. It was begun with a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and is rapidly becoming the primary digital repository for information on quilts, quilt makers, and quilt making.
