This vid is me, showing my Art Quilts and felted "treasure boxes." The boxes are the Little Treasures pattern, only felted instead of quilted. I'm afraid I am speaking Swedish with a VERY strong "John Wayne" accent despite 13 years here!!! How embarassing! :-(

Anyway, I hope you like the video!

Love your little quilts and the bags- you have a lovely touch with colors and embellishments. Did you have a gallery showing or is that a retail space? Since I am of Swedish descent but don't speak the language, I sure didn't notice any accent! LOL

Ett stort tack till dig!!! (muchas gracias!)
That is a gallery, called appropriately enough, the Minigalleri (miny gallery) since it is quite small! The local chapter of the Green Party run it along with a small shop where they sell ecological products.
Since I am of Swedish descent but don't speak the language, I sure
That's good!!! :-)

Thanks! I don't usually look quite so terrified as I did in the beginning of the video; I'm really quite jolly! It sure felt weird to be talking to the little camera!

No, someone bought the blue and gold krona (crown) but not the black and silver one. I have a green, lavender and pale pink one hanging from my chandelier over my dining table now and will switch to the black on in the fall.
As I mentioned in another post, there is also a small shop run by Green Party volunteers as well as the Minigalleri. One of the young women working there had quite a commentary about the black and silver one. Jessica said it put her in mind of a bridal wreath for a bride who'd died tragicly on her wedding day and who was lying in her tomb, all skeletized (don't know if that's a real word but you get the idea!)!!! I wasn't surprised when she went on to say that she is writing a fantasy novel since she clearly has a well-developed imagination and a way with words!
