it's too expensive. A new rug that is. While shopping for DD1s new bedroom suite I found what I thought was a quilt being used as a rug which would have tied her new stuff in with her old stuff perfectly. At a cost of $300 it was a bit too pricey (even if he did say it was made of leather - I would have said cheap suede). It was white background with appliqued blue and chocolate circles. Fairly simple design, just need to find the time to dig through stash to find appropriate colours and then find time to make it. I have 3 weeks til furniture arrives.....and about 7 weeks until christmas!!
And yes I'm still working on the nightmare quilt and can see the end. Who knows - it could be done by Christmas too!!! But I ain't tellin y'all which year - ROFLOL!
