Has anybody heard anything about the new Bernina Series 8 machines that will be coming out? Can we hope for a wider harp?

Coming out in July - but they only mention sewing and embroidery. The magic word 'quilting' is absent so I'm guessing they didn't have us in mind. But we can hope. Polly

Yes, you can. I was in my local store last Saturday and the lady told me the new machine has a 17.1/2" harp. I was also told this last fall in another quilt store.
