I got my new sewing machine - or rather DH bought it for me. I settled on a Kenmore Model 385.19233 - it has everything I wanted and more. The only thing it doesn't have is that stitch regulator thingie that the Berninas have and, really, where I can control the speed I want to sew on this machine - who needs that? I'm so happy with it. Working on a baby quilt for my niece who is expecting in February - pinks, lime greens (she calls it apple green) and white. I think it's going to be really cute. Thanks for all your advice when I was pondering which machine to get.
