I did the paper bag thing for quite a while - at least for the downstairs droppings. I would sit it in his chair in an effort to get him to empty it before he could relax for the evening. Guess I should have taken a page from your book and hidden the bags myself. His answer was to toss them down the basement stairs as I only enter that domain under duress, i.e. a blown circuit and he's not home. Maybe I'll start hiding the bags. Any method I've come up with in the last
