Hi Guys, Sometime ago, I posted about my DNiece Kelsey. She's the one who was diagnosed as severely bi-polar and was in and out of different mental health facilities from about 15 years old until she was about 19. She turned up preggers and my sister and I were not at all pleased. She and her boyfriend decided they should not terminate the pregnancy and he has been a real prince for her -- thank heavens! Oh, this is the niece I made the Peter Rabbit quilt for. Anyway, she's off to hospital this morning with the beginnings of labor. Please send prayers, good thoughts, good vibes, etc. -- whatever you prefer -- that she manages to get through the next few months without having any mental health issues. She is terrified she will suffer from postpartum depression. Her Mom and her Dr. have both told her that she & her DH (they got married on 13 January) have an edge over other new moms & dads. Since they have both suffered from clinical depression, they know what to look for. He will keep a VERY close eye on her and whisk her off to the Dr. immediately if it looks like she is getting depressed. Thanks bunches & CiaoMeow >^;;^<
