OT - Patchie has gone to Rainbow Bridge

Hi all,

I am quite sad today as my beautiful 19 year old fur baby (born November

1987) has gone to Rainbow Bridge. The vet told me that she had been hit by a car and had a broken pelvis and that the stress and trauma of an operation would not be good for her heart - so after talking to the vet who has known her since her birth, we decided that to send her to Rainbow Bridge would be the best thing we could do. I held her and whispered that I love her as her little heart stopped. She was a wonderful little cat, never chased birds and was always ready to jump on your lap for a cuddle and snooze.

We will miss her so much.

I saw Patchie and she was a sweetheart. I bet that little white shirt was just snowy too.

(((HUGS))) for your loss, but she would thankyou for your kindness in sparing her any suffering. I hope the good memories will allow you to overcome this sadness and find room for another QI you can make part of your life. They give so much in return for our love and care.

Oh she's just beautiful and I know that right now, she's playing around with all our other QIs who have gone to cross the Rainbow Bridge. ((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))

Very sorry to hear this, Di. 19 years is such a long time, of course you are sad. Many of us have travelled the road you are now on. It does get easier, but those little furry people never quite leave our hearts. . In message , Maloney Empire writes

So sorry for your loss... Having said goodbye to 3 in a little over 2 years, and having another ailing right now, well, I'm one of many who understand.

May 19 years of warm memories stay with you always. It is so hard to say goodbye with all those little pawprints on your heart, but it sounds like you gave her a wonderful long life.
