OT Rest in peace my darling Missy girl

I'm crying too. What a very special little girl. I was proud to be her Auntie Pat. She withstood being embarrassed when I took her to dog-training class one evening - she even looked as if she was enjoying it. She had a smile that would melt ice and a tail that would create a breeze, as it never stopped wagging. I hope your heart will heal soon, Leslie, - she wouldn't have wanted you to be sad, because she now feels like a puppy again, and will stay that way until you meet again. I'm so sorry you lost your beautiful Golden girl. My heart goes out to you. I will now go and vacuum Tucker and Daisy's Golden fuzz off the floor and remember that I should be glad it is there.

Leslie, I don't know how you could have seen through the tears to even get this posted. Soooo sorry for you and the rest of the furbabies. Been in the same spot with my handsome Hirsh E Barr and his partner the Cuddley One, who suffered the same malady as your Missy. Rest and cry and then do it some more and let the other furbabies comfort you.

Just remember that this was the last loving gift you could give your baby. I still miss my Suzi (the run away from home, go walk-about and get lost) Dog and she's been gone 2 1/2 years. Leslie, tears are pouring down my cheeks as I write. I'm so sorry that you've had to lose your Missy. I know all too well the pain of losing the one furbaby that has meant the most to you. All I can say is that Missy is probably romping around now with Tuppence and many others at the Bridge and we'll all see them again one day.
