Yup, that's the one that has ripped me off. On April 20, I sent a paper order form with my receipt of transactions from PayPal. Still no response.

File the complaint with Pay Pal now. They give the seller 30 days to respond. If after you file it you can resolve it you can always withdraw your complaint.
