Well, according to Fingerhut my color-changing iron was shipped on April 9 and as of today has not yet arrived. The tracking number they provided for UPS does not work saying no such number exists. I have contacted customer support twice already with the same result. They say it was shipped and should be arriving shortly. The last response indicated that my order cannot be tracked since it goes to a "sortation" station first and then shipped. I am hoping I am not getting the run-around, but if it does arrive while I am in Salt Lake City for the next 12 days, it will certainly be the last time I order from Fingerhut.
Bummer! As my 3 year old grandson says "this is really getting on my nervous".
