As ya'll know, the end of last month I ordered a Zipe Cuts machine from Accucuts that i found from a online supplier. I am really EXCITED about it, but am rather frustrated with the company.
The retailer i got it from and even talking to a local lss owner that carries some of their stuff now, the company DOES TRY hard for customer service but their service sucks. I am sorry there is no other plain nicer way to describe it.
I got the machine and had to go to the company up in Nebraska to get the cutting pads i need to try all the different dies that the machine will do. I called my order in as their site is not WEBTV friendly and the rep was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She assured me that the machine DOES DO WHAT it says it will. She also told me that in the last year their business has ballooned and they are having trouble meeting the demand for ALL their personal products such as the Zaz and the Zipe Cuts machine I got as well as their dies.
So anyhow i am STILL WAITING on my cutting pads and they have a lousy hours of calls. GRRR!!
So as SOON AS I can get the pads I'll let ya'll know how it works. That is one reason too that I have not been too inspired to do ANY pages yet for the year as I want to play first!!!
