Piping hot

Kathyl: It might help to work this out in cloth. Get some small pieces you don't like and make a mock up ... maybe 6" square. This should guide you in choosing your technique. By the way ... a flat piping WILL cover those nice pointy points and will NOT go the other way and the end result is VERY annoying. I know this!! Pat in VA/USA

Thanks for your advice. You are right about the piping covering the points. So I added a narrow border and added the piping over that. It really worked out great! The pictures are in my projects folder on webshots.
