Quilting going on at my house

Although the quilting is still in progress, thought I'd post a picture of the quilt I'm making for a friend. The bottom two rows are actually quilted. I'm straight line quilting the stars and boxes....aching shoulders from all the turning, but it looks decent enough (even though it's far from fancy in light of what the FM quilters do).

And my mom just finished a beautiful top. I've uploaded 3 pictures of it because the thing is so big (109 X 93) that I didn't know how to get just one good picture of it. (We're definitely going to need to get that upgraded sewing machine before she quilts this one. You can see the three pics here:

I do too, Donna! I keep try to convince her to give that quilt to me. ;-) I don't think she's going for it though.
