I can't wait, either! And I'm terrible at remembering jokes, so I can never remember the punch line to Polly's terrible Christmas joke -- making it "fresh" every year. LOL!

And in ten days, Pat, I hope you're going to breathe a *huge* sigh of relief and take some time just for *you*! You deserve it after all of this! :)
Wait, I'm confused now. You have an annual *terrible* joke, too? I sure like that funny one you tell every year -- I've obviously missed the terrible one! ;-)
Thanks, Sandy. I rather think I might!

Well. Whimper. Sniffle. Slinking away. If that's how you feel about it I'll forget the joke and send chocolate. Sigh. Polly
"Pat in Virginia" > Polly: I've heard your Annual Terrible
You don't have to send me chocolate...cause I always start looking forward to it on DH's HB which is exactly 2 months before the Big Day.
We all would whimper, whine, and even CRY if you missed one year.
TRADITION is so important to some of us..and please don't post it early.....
Butterfly (thinkin you'll hafta 'splain again this year ; )

Not to worry, Jeanne. We know where you are and can help if you get befuddled. Yes, yes. Getting old sucks but, my goodness, it's just so much better than the alternative. Polly

Thanks, Tina. That's very kind. The way I feel at the moment, though, the next town visit is daunting; let alone somewhere across an ocean! >g< . In message , Tina writes
Smile! Finally is right MsB! Thanks for your confidence in me. I was always determined to get it done on time; but ... it has been hard. I shall probably be all light-headed for a few days - if I ever wake up during the first week 'after' >gg< Much as I usually keep things a bit quiet, (just my nature) I will let you know when it is out, as so many have been kind enough to ask me to. It is scheduled to be Spring next year. We hope! . In message , Butterflywings writes
