Yes Julia, I was very lucky. I was also very glad that I had a neighbor next-door an awful lot like you.Only difference was ........she only used her broom for floors. hehe ;o) She would talk to me about adult subjects and made me understand things at a very early age.......8-9 yrs old, so that I knew what he was about when he attempted to molest me.

This man was known throughout my neighborhood as being a very kind ole man. As I write this, I now live right across the street from where the man used to live and his brother now lives. His brother is a very nice man and nothing like him at all. I would have wasted my breath trying to say something bad about the man. I did all I knew to do and that was to warn all the girls in the area not to ever go into the store alone FOR ANYTHING! It worked. He never got to any of us.
