Sara Rhodes Dillow Collection ?

Got a letter from my Mom written in note cards showing quilts from the Sara Rhodes Dillow Collection. It all relates to the quilt collections at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

know anything about this book at Amazon? There's no cover and no review. Apparently there are actually 12 patterns in the book.

Howdy!

From a Sara Rhodes Dillow bio: Her book, "Repiecing the Past," was written in 1995 and features twelve of her antique quilts with modern counterparts made by Dillow and others. (from That Patchwork Place)

Thanks, Sandy. I too had found lots of info about her.

I was curious whether the book was worth buying. I did find it somewhere for $5. I think I'll chance it!

Got the book -- Repiecing the Past: Patterns for 12 Quilts from the Collection of Sara Rhodes Dillow. It was worth it! Bought it "used" and it still has the applique patterns in the back. Shows the historical quilt then a new quilt to make. There is also a little blurb about the history quilt. None west of Nebraska however. The pattern of elongated hexagons is a bit intimidating!
