Saving up my questions

Fiskars makes cheap ambidextrous scissors in several lengths. You can find them in most craft and office departments of stores. Buy several pair for using for all your non-fabric cutting needs. It is well worth the cost of three bucks or so per pair to have them around.

I have two bins with fabric folded so I can see it end on in two long rows. It is sorted by general size with all the small stuff together in one bin--bigger stuff in the other. I also sort by general type brights on one side of the bin, non-brights on the other. I also have a few large zipper baggies with fabrics kitted together for a specific purpose.

If you sort by rainbow, put all of your multi colored prints together in one section, or put each multi with a companion fabric. Debra in VA See my quilts at

That's really neat! I love that limited colour palette for this. Thank you! That is only the second or third one I've found a picture of.
