All right, I'm admitting defeat. Somewhere in this modest abode is about 1/3yard of aqua cloth with small bright dog bones on it. I KNOW I had it; itwas last used about a year ago in a charity quilt. I haven't seen it since.I have looked...and looked..and...ARGH!When I misplace my car, I whistle for it and it makes its location known.I've done this for years, and it works, even now that I've quit drinking.Do any of you have a successful method for summoning misplaced cloth?This cloth came from Wal-Mart. I have probably hundreds of pieces of cloth,most much better quality---but none like it! Is it hiding just to get me torootle my stash? Is it trying to get me to grow in my color choices? Or isit just being persnickety, waiting for the right words or something to makeit ooze to the top of my aqua pile, looking smugly like it's been there allalong?TIADogmom

The only way I can get misplaced fabric to reappear is......................... Give up wait about four months and wont ya know it , it is going to besitting right on top of your stash giggling like mad saying neener neenerneener. okkkkkkkkkkkkk time for me to stop drinking the diet stuff cause Ithink I am starting to see pink elephants dancing in the corners.Dawn

This solution is cousin to the wart-cure I learned as a kid: steal someone's (in-use) dishrag, rub the wart with it, then bury the dishrag where it will not be found.
