Just wanted to say a belated to two anonymous squishers who sent me beautiful birthday squishies!
We haven't been going over to the old houses as much since we finally managed to get everything out. DH went over yesterday to start salvaging old appliances and fixtures. He called me and asked, "Didn't you give people your new address?" Well, yes, I put the new address in the directory, and most people know I have moved, and I DID put in a forward order to the post office.......but the USPS isn't always so efficient don'tcha know!?
When he brought home this glorious wad of envelopes, there were birthday blocks and birthday squishies and they were wonderful and beautiful and as we always say - they couldn't come at a better time!
Yesterday was my first, whole, entire, day to take a ME day in my new sewing room! Thank you so much Pati for letting me try out your ergo friendly cutter - it doesn't make my rotator cuff tendon damaged shoulder hurt quite so bad or quite so fast and I actually managed to cut materials for two blocks yesterday and actually get one halfway sewn together! YIPPPPEEEEE!
So long story shorter..... THANK YOU and a gazillion HUGS to my "squishers" !!!!!!!!!!!!!
