The hard part is done....

Our quilt show is 95% ready to go! Pole & drape are up... more than 175 quilty items (quilts - big, small and in-between, totes, jackets, vests). Our boutique is stocked with merchandise ready to sell. And we even have a light lunch waiting. The raffle quilt is stunning -- and waiting for people to buy tickets.

I sure hope we get people! We'll see how it goes!

Wish us luck! by this time tomorrow it will be a thing of the past!!!!!

Good luck! Do you have a photo of the raffle quilt? Is it too late for tickets?

Congratulations on a great beginning. Wishing you a happy wonderful show. We look forward to pictures. Polly

Just a one day show.... I advocated 2 days -- but for the first time... this was good. Just getting this small guild on board to do their own show was a challenge!

ABSOLUTELY! Tickets are available!

You can see it in my Charity Quilts folder in webshots (see link below) - it's the cover quilt -- I LOVE IT and am going to hate to give it away!

I hope it goes really well, Kate! :) Congratulations!

They will figure out that the second day isn't really any more work. The work is done already....just a little more staffing. I hope it was GREAT!

Good luck, Kate! Let us know how it goes.

Oh my, somebody is going to be very, very lucky to win that beautiful quilt! I'm not sure I COULD give it away. You're a good woman, Kate.

Best regards, Michelle in Nevada, USA

That *would be tough to give away! Hope you're tired and happy and beaming with pride for the successful show...
