What was 'lost' is found!

I caged Sammie this morning so that I could do some uninterrupted searching in the sewing room! I wouldn't really call it searching since I am still organizing and sorting shelves, etc. I thought that I would try moving one of the Ikea shelf cabinets onto another shelf space - I removed the drawers because I knew that I'd probably end up tipping them out during the switch. It wasn't until I decided to return the small cabinet back to the original spot and replace the drawers that I saw the LEG sticking out from under a package of business cards. It was just the black plastic section - no buffer foot attached to it which is probably why I couldn't 'see' it before?? After this discovery, I immediately went to another container where I had stored to buffer foot and the bolts that I had removed from the other three feet.......next job is to make a side trip to Home Depot one day to find a flat-headed screw to match the others. I'm proud of myself! Obviously - the 'safe' place for the missing bread recipe is not the same 'safe' place for the table leg.........jennellh

Wish you were here. I keep a small shoe box in my pantry with screws, washers and all manner of spare, extra and/or unidentified parts that appear here and are unidentified. I can fix your eyeglasses or the transmission for your tractor. A flat-headed screw? Easy. Polly
