Call for Holiday Envie Swap Participants

Morning Ladies! This is an official call for a Holiday Envie Swap!

What: Holiday Envie Swap (Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year)

Who: Anyone can participate

When: Sign up by Friday, October 24th Assignments made Monday, October 27th Mail Envies by Friday, November 7th (To arrive in time for the Holidays)

Where: To sign up, email me at snipped-for-privacy@bkingassociates.com Please include your full name and address for mailing purposes.

Why: To brighten up the holidays for all of us without spending more than the price of a postage stamp.

How: Basically, this is your regular envie swap with a holiday flair. Each participant will prepare 5 envelopes of scrapbooking supplies to be sent to other swap participants. Your weight limit should be no more than the equivalent of one 37 cent stamp. The materials can be anything you want to use. They must follow our standard guidelines for acid-free, quality (something you would use) and so forth. However, with this swap, I want you to include items specific to the holidays. (Examples: pumpkin stickers, ghost confetti, a scarecrow paper-piecing, snowflake buttons, Christmas tree eyelets, holly borders, etc) Most of these things are items you have on hand. (Go ahead - admit it, we all know you've over bought in the past and have more than you'll ever use!) Also, include a note with your envies where you share a favorite holiday activity, a favorite recipe you use for your holiday entertaining of just a very special wish for a great season.

Questions? If you have more questions, email me directly and I'll try to clear them up!

I hope we have a great number to sign up. Envie swaps are always easy and fun! Renee in NA

I think this is fine. I know there are already people who usually take the Canadian route involved. ;-) If anyone in particular doesn't mind paying a tad extra (its really not much more), just include that in your private emails to me. Thanks for the idea Barb!
