Nice card Tammy. It's funny how I wouldn't have made cards two years ago, but after joining this group I feel the need to send only cards I make myself! I wonder if anyone else started making cards after they started scrapbooking or even after they joined here. Have you always made yours? (I remember making cards when I was little but not since until now.
Very cute Tammy :) Thanks for sharing.
Very cute card Tammy! I love buttons. :-)
Great card!! Love it! Thanks for sharing.
LOL MC
I'm the same way all of a sudden! I think it comes from hanging out at those "stampin up" parties!!(LOL)
Plus, now that we sell so many supplies at the shop, it's really hard not to buy to many if you're not going to use them!:>)
Cute card!

I'm just the opposite. I was a stamper before I was a scrapper. Now I scrap more since hanging out here. You're all a bunch of enablers. LOL
Great card Tammy. Thanks for sharing.
I wanted to TRY and make some cards this year but the TASK I thought would be rather easy of making these cotton pickin mini albums, well I am so picky it is taking forever and well cards went OUT the door!!
Tammy it is adorable and I am GONNA scarplift that idea as it is so easy (for ya'll) that i might try it for next year!!!
Now HOPEFULLY April will get me an example of the one she has I will have it as an example too! ARE YOU LISTENIN' April?!

This is the first year I've ever made my own cards, and I know it was after I joined here. Just seeing the ones all of you have made - I had to give it a try. DD and I worked on them together and then took them to Santa Claus, Indiana to mail them.

Thanks everyone!

Thank you! This is actually the first year I made Christmas cards. I am with you... I would have never started making cards in the first place if I had not joined this group. I make cards for only the people that will appreciate them. At least I do not make all of my Christmas cards...whew that would take me all year to do! : )
So far I have only made 15 Christmas cards this year.... I need about 5 to
10 more for the ladies at my office.--Tammy in TX
55 pages done in 2004really cute Tammy. Next year I hope to make all of my Christmas cards. With back to back swaps this year, and everyone getting sick, I just haven't had time. Between working 46 hours a week, and maintaining the house and the kids, and everything else I just have not had time to do my cardmaking justice. I think I only got three made this year.
Heehee, I started making my own cards several years ago. I had just mailed out Christmas cards, some of them to the big Chiefs of the Fire Department when I opened up a card from the BIG CHIEF and his wife. Low and behold it was the same one I had just mailed to them!!! When I saw her she commented on the lovely card, all I said was , "I see you and I shop at the same stores Miss Barbra." I decided then and there that THAT would never happen again.
Wow! That would have taken nerve on her part! I can't imagine resending cards!(LOL)
Very cute. I send out about 75 Christmas cards. So that would be too many to make. I could see maybe trying next year to make part of them for some family and friends. So how many did you make and how long did it take.
OH NO!! She and I had truely shopped at the same store! LOL That's why I have taken to making my own....no chance of recieving the same card as I send out.
