Fall Swap/Halloween Swap

I am going to say again about this Fall & Halloween swaps. I have received very few emails about wanting to join in my swap/s. Some of you have asking me about the container with lid (it's was my idea to use the 2 qt container box with a lid) but some of you don't know for sure on how to look for the size, so some of you have asked me if we can use the basket to put things in. The basket DOES sound like a wonderful idea since we all love baskets and can use them all year long or just for that season stuffs.

For Fall swap - anything that is related to Fall - like pretty leaves, rubber stamps with leaves on it, candle, fall color things, scrap supplies.

For Halloween swap - anything that is related to halloween - like ghost, pumpkins, black cat, witch, candle things - you name it.

for joining in this swap - you can join in 1 swap or both swaps, but for each swap - you will be assign with 1 partner. I will be in both swap so I will have 2 different partners (fall & halloween). Please let me know by next week on Friday. Some of you don't know that I will be in hospital on Thursday morning to have my surgery and will stay there until maybe sunday (it's depends on how the surgery goes). I will be having hysterectomy. I just wanted to let you all know before I go in the hospital on thursday morning. Have a great night everyone! Marcie

Well I will be leaving here about 4:30 in the morning and get that thing over with. I will get back with you all next week. Other thing I should have mention about the money limit (I didn't even think about the money limit for this swap).

Hey Marcie,

Wishing you well for your surgery! Sounds like having a swap coming in will be fun to look forward to while you recuperate. BTW I saw in a Halloween cookbook a paint can decorated up for Halloween. Thought that would make a very cute container for stuff.

Thanks!!!!!! Yeah that a cute idea (paint can). I am planning to make Evan's teacher one for his class (Treat can) - where they get a treat or a snack every day. Will have to get some school supplies for that paint can. Thank for that idea.

So glad you are home and doing better. Please, please take care of yourself and don't do anythign the Dr. said don't do!!! Just remember the more you take care of yourself, the faster you will heal. (take it from someone who did not listen to her doctor)

I am glad to hear you are home from your surgery. Isn't it amazing the things you can have done in the hospital and be home within a day after its over? Take care of yourself, and take the docs word on rest! ( I know all about not minding the doc and doing too much too soon! Just when you feel like you can do something more, and do it, its like taking a step back on the recovery! ) Take care! Linda C Illinois
