and registering using the code. They have asked to please go ahead and pay your deposit of $75 ASAP so that they can really be sure that we are coming. I would ask that you also contact me once you have registered so I can keep track and make sure that everyone that registers is entitled to go. Remember this is an open forum. From time to time I will check with the Barn to make sure that we do not run into any problems and that our numbers compare. You can also ADD the night of Thursday April 27th or the night of Sunday April 30th or both. "Each" extra day is $75 and includes everything the other days do, meals and snacks and the crop room and so forth. They need at least 3 people each of those nights to make it worthwhile for them. I know that Deb and I are planning on staying all four nights, a good thing since we plan on driving up together! She was so disappointed when we thought we might only be able to stay Thursday. BTW there is no extra deposit required for the extra nights. The remainder of the money will be due when you check out. That is a relief since it gives each of us until the end of April to collect it. Should you have a personal emergency requiring that you cancel, you can get your money back until March 1st 2006. Should you cancel between March 1st and April
10th you will get a $75 gift certificate good for 18 months to use at the Barn. The certificate can be transferred. Anything after that, you can expect to lose your deposit, though you should let both the barn and me know so that we can keep tabs on the space available. I might be able to back fill with another RCS member or an RCS friend that is on the waiting list. Please remember that you are responsible to book your own reservations and to call the Barn directly if you need to cancel. There is a link to the Barn's cancellation policy on the registration page.
Remember if your name is on our list on MEET US on the website, as a long time RCS lurker, you are eligible to join us IF we have space left after our regular members register. Note that anyone who joins RCS between now and January 15th and posts regularly will be considered a regular member and get first dibs on going. There are only 20 slots open at the Barn and another
10 or so can be accomodated offsite Regular members will get the first 20 slots onsite first. First come first served applies here. I will be creating a webpage with all of this info and hope to upload it in the next couple of days to out Meet US section of the

website. I will be starting a stand by list so please send me the names of those that might want to come if there is room left after we have registered out regulars and registered lurkers. Again first come first served so Cecelia and RJ your two friends will be at the top of the friend list, just send me their names.
