I am ogling the K and Company Basic Grey line of paper. All that orange and turquoise and texture--oh boy! That is the latest one I am drooling over. I saw the Dreamy line by Autumn Leaves. That is pretty too. Jacqui

christiana cole, ANYTHING KI... anything Basic Grey, kaliedescope, the new marcella line by k&co (the funky stuff for target), LOVE the new junkitz, and LOVE LOVE the new Foofala!!!

Of course I'm on a spending hiatus right now as I'm donating my scrappy budget to Katrina stuff (already donated my NSSSF stuff and a few more...although I bought a few things before that so she will probably get a small package in the mail in the next few days....)

its allllll good.... :D

I don'[t generally shop by brand, but LOVE the Basic Grey I bought the other day and the company that has "rooms"...can't think of the name, but I know I bought some that was "Grandma's Kitchen" and some other person's Den. I, of course, love Stampin' Up! cardstock and their Designer Series Paper.

Not sure if it's a brand, but I've gotten some nice things from Carolee's. I've reordered the same paper from them a couple times, because I love it so much. A parchment colored one and a speckled sand one. Don't know why, but I use them a lot.

Speaking of paper. Saturday I went to AC Moore they had a paper sale

12x12 for $0.20 so I stocked up went hey wire. I got some paper to do my disney trip when we go next year. Then we went to Joanns which I never go to but I'm pricing light boxes and they had the same sale.

I usually do not buy by manufacturer instead by looks. I do like Karen Foster and K & Co.

Chrissy,

go to

and look for a store near you. I got a great light box for $9.00 and it was the 8.5"x11" size but it also had a small travel size for crops.

I don't usually shop by brand. I don't even know what all brands I have in my stash, LOL. I usually wander around the store with a general idea of the projects I want to work on and see what jumps out at me. After I'm at home with more paper than I need, I start trying to coordinate the patterns and photos and cardstock and inevitably find that I am missing something and need more.

I like mulberry paper and homemade paper though I don't use it as much as I'd like to. I think it is the texture that attracts me to it.

Oh my gosh...you are my clone, LOL! That is exactly what I do. I end up with 200 sheets for a project and then realize that I don't have exactly what I want! And like you I love the texture of handmade paper but I don't use it much!

All the companies are outdoing themselves and last month when I was in Waltonville the lady at the scrapbook store let me look at all the catalogues that she got at the summer CHA. Some of the stuff is totally breathtaking! I also got K&Company's mini add on catalogue and they've come out with some very nice stuff. But I'm not sure that I can lay claim to loving any company over an other, though I do love a lot of the TLC papers and can't wait till next month when they reveal their new fall products.
