Hello; I am new to the group.

Hello Ladies,

Just got caught up in some of the conversations you all were having here on this group and thought I would join. I do hope the group isn't completely private and that new members are welcome? I would love to get to know some of you. You all have great ideas and advice for one another!

As for me, my name is Cijaye DePradine, I am the owner of

and I've been making Handmade Greeting Cards and creating Scrapbooks for a few years now. I do it all mostly as gifts for others so much of what I have created has left my hands...but I do have a couple of projects that I keep around to remind me of how much I love this stuff.

I do look forward to chatting with you all and if there is any way I can help you as welll, I would be glad to.

Warmest regards...

Cijaye DePradine,

, our group website. I'm a little behind with updates, having had carpal tunnel surgery on the left and right hand in October and November respectively and I'm unfortunately getting ready for more surgery this time a knee replacement in

3 weeks. So things have been weird and hectic for a little bit and will likely continue to be so for a while.

Anyhow, I am sure you will enjoy all the wonderful people that make up RCS!

You got it Linda! I am impressed. The pronounciation is indeed See- Jay. And thank you for such a great welcome.

Thank you to everyone! What a great way to make someone feel comfortable; thank you all!

Cijaye is a uniquely spelled out version of my initials C.J. - no ethnicity attached. I definitely love it and when I decided to stick to it - it became me. :o)

Thank you Deb.

How long have you been with Stampin Up? And is it a profitable business for you?

I have a friend in the business and she is doing awesome because she holds workshops - but I know it is not yet a full time income replacement for her.

Do you know if it can be? I love the products and have considered getting involved from time to time.

I've been a demo for 3 years now. I consider it more of a hobby than a full time job. Or a "non-profit business". LOL But I'm working on building it, slowly but surely.

I have a monthly stamping group and Kenda's part of it. MC was, too before she moved to FL. We have lots of fun, probably too much fun! LOL

Like all home-based business endeavors, it can be a full time income. It just depends on how hard you work at it. I absolutely love the SU products and I love stamping. It's all my hubby's fault that I'm a demo, but that's a whole other story. LOL
