Hello, I'm new

Hi. My name is Shannon and I'm 27. I am married, with 2 boys. My oldest
will be 3 in October, and my baby will be 1 on Thursday (boy does time fly).
I live in Rhode Island. I started scrapbooking about a month ago.
I have currently done 3 pages but they don't look anything as good as all of
yours. I did watch the QVC shows on Saturday and bought a few things (was
that a great day!). I hope these new things will help me along the way.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting to know and learn from you.

It will seem like Christmas when they all show up! With these I know I'll have a lot more options.

Welcome. I joined RCS a few months ago. They do help out alot. I just met at a neighbors house, she had a CM home party. That was interesting too. I'm also addicted to QVC.
My family and I live in Florida, we moved down in November from LI, NY. We have 3 boys(4, 3, and 1)
I try and scrapbook at nite when they are sleeping. My best pages are done after 9:30pm.
The things you purchased will help you. Try not to get overwhelmed though. Have an idea first, and just have the items you think you'll use or else it can get to crazy. Remember the pictures and journaling are what make the page. The embelishments are extras!!

Hi, Shannon.
Glad you found RECS. I didn't get to watch QVC but I have heard several things about it at work today. Sounds like there was a lot of techniques shown.
I am 28 and live close to Houston, TX. I have 3 doggies and no kiddos. I do have 5 neices and nephews to keep me busy. Love those little guys. Oh, we just bought a new pet on Saturday. I guess I should include him in the list. His name is Berry (he is a blue beta fish).

I also ordered the Perfect Layers 2pc Tool Set for Borders and Trims. I sure hope it is as easy to use as it looks on TV.

Shame on me! I have the Perfect Layers I ordered a while back and still haven't used it. I did open it one day but haven't done anything with it:((

I live in Warwick, near the state airport. By near it I mean, 1/2 our street was bought out by the airport. Keep your fingers crossed that they will buy ours!!!
