there's much to learn from this group! yes, it is like email but everyone can see your post if you use "reply to group". If you use "Reply", it will go to the author of the message you are reading but if they have a fake email addy then it won't go through to them. There is a website you can check out that represents the group

Welcome to the newsgroup Jennifer E! I have been scrapping for about 3 years and am a SAHM to 2 girls. This is a newsgroup that I view from my news server through outlook express (yes, sort of like "e-mail" or a "forum" or "chatroom"). I find this the easiest way to read and respond to the group. But....a lot of people read through Google, their own newservers, and WebTV as well. Look forward to seeing your posts.
