Hi new to this newsgroup

Hi I am new to this whole thing and not sure how it works so I would love to hear some tips and techniques on this newsletter thing. I have been scrapping for 6 years now and currently working a LSS. I haven't scrapped much for myself as the store is taking much of my time but it is a fun venture!!! SOOOOO.......... is this a type of thing like a message board but in email form? LOL i have never used outlook express before today. Thanks for your help! Jenn

Jennifer, welcome to the group! Where are you from? I'm in the central Arkansas area, just north of Little Rock. You will find this group of men and women incredibly talented and very friendly. I have been so inspired!

Hi Jennifer E!

there's much to learn from this group! yes, it is like email but everyone can see your post if you use "reply to group". If you use "Reply", it will go to the author of the message you are reading but if they have a fake email addy then it won't go through to them. There is a website you can check out that represents the group

Hey there Jennifer! Welcome aboard! This is a newsgroup. As far as I know you can't get messages via e-mail. We all access through a lot of different servers. Hopefully you'll stick around and we can get to know you better. Whereabouts are you?

Welcome to the newsgroup Jennifer E! I have been scrapping for about 3 years and am a SAHM to 2 girls. This is a newsgroup that I view from my news server through outlook express (yes, sort of like "e-mail" or a "forum" or "chatroom"). I find this the easiest way to read and respond to the group. But....a lot of people read through Google, their own newservers, and WebTV as well. Look forward to seeing your posts.

Welcome Jennifer, I think it is more of a message board type thing for my system but I don't know if it is for everyone. Sometimes it may take awhile for the post to be seen,but usually it's pretty quick. We are a very chatty group with lots of things in common and you can learn a lot from here. We have many talented creative scrappers here who love to share their tips.
