Hi Strangers! Checking in...

Hi all! Sorry I've been so MIA lately... let me update everything... first off, I'm feeling great. It's been 3 months and about a week since my transplant, and the difference is amazing! My mom is also doing great... still not smoking, which is something I'm really proud of her for! Jamie (my boyfriend) and I are buying a house! We'll probably be moving before Christmas, so this is a crazy busy time for us! But we're moving about 25 miles south of where we are now (to Fremont) Jamie got a huge promotion in November and has to commute into San Jose, so Fremont is much closer for him (and we'll own it instead of rent! Hooray!) And I've been doing quite a bit of scrapping... I don't remember the last time I posted LOs here, so there might be tons of stuff to see at my 2Peas gallery... did I ever post my transplant album? Well, it's in there, and a bunch of other stuff I've done lately

Glad to be hearing from you Lizz and especially to hear that both you and your mom are doing so well. After everything you've been through it's nice to know that things are going your way. The LOs are wonderful and the house will just be another oppurtunity to scrap stuff!

Keep on showing us what you do. I definitely like your scrapping style.

I lived in Santa Clara for about 10 years. Loved it. Went to school for some time at San Jose City. It's a fun place. Expensive, but fun nonetheless. I miss Cali.

Lizz,

I'm a bit shy about posting this to the newsgroup, but your email address is not available. I really felt like I needed to tell you how much I was impressed by your album. Aside from the sheer artistry, it tells an important story for you and others going through similar experiences. I had a life-threatening event a few years ago, but have not written anything about it. I have saved lots of cards and items from that time, though. Maybe now I'll go ahead and put it together as a way of putting the event behind me. Thank you for sharing your experience.
