I am looking for a car plate embellishment

Hello everyone,

I have seen a really nice embellishment but I don't know where to get it. It is a metal plate that looks like a car registration plate. It is white with black text and border, the text I have seen says "Let it SNOW" but I am sure it comes with other text too. I think it measures about 3.5inx2in and has four holes for attaching to the page in the courners.

Does anyone know which company makes these?

karen foster makes them too

if you have an AC Moore nearby I know they have the particular license plate you are needing.
