:-) I always liked Buffy better with Spike myself (rather than Angel)... I actually cried when he (Spike) died in the final ep. My DH thinks my liking the show so much was very amusing - he'd just sit and shake his head and chuckle. I tried to explain to him that the story lines were creative, the characters endearing, the dialogue sharp & witty - it was a perfect combination of drama, action/adventure, and comedy. He never grew to appreciate the show himself though. :-( I was disappointed when they ended the show this past spring, but I enjoy the reruns on the FX channel when I can catch them.
