I'll be happy to update the info as it changes as well as to post updates if things are delayed for any reason. At the end of the swap, I'll also need you to let me know your comments on how it went and your lessons learned as a hostess as well as the number, but not the names, of the people that flaked. Note: flakers are people who do not fulfill their obligation, do not let you know that they have a problem or lie about having sent something and do not at least try to make good. The number of flakers is included as a means to help future host(esses) know whether they need to contact a previous hostess to endure that a flaker is not included in their swap.
