Hi Katrina,

Yes I did include about 10 empty page protectors and it is one of those 3+ inch binders so I think that there is still plenty of room. I would suggest that for now we not add another binder as I know that space is at a premium, plus I think we could easily add another 20 page protectors and it would still fit. I've added Patti to this post so hopefully she can contact me and let me know which is better and easier for them both right now. It may be that weight wise it would be easier to havetwo separate binders, but right now, I have put all the recipes together in the second part of the book. I do think that if you do create a Recipe Book, it should be a binder so that Patti, and eventually Jessie, can add pages quickly and easily, plus it has the advantage of staying open more easily on Jessie's lap.

Just so everyone knows, I haven't hear from Patti yet as to whether or not Jessie liked the book. I'm guessing that she is really busy with just taking care of everything or that as seems to happen a whole lot lately, I didn't receive her email.
