New thread: What other crafts???

Great stuff - thanks for sharing. That restoration is amazing! :)

I've been putting together a collage of my son for the grandparents - thought I would frame and give at Christmas. So far so good - just a basic black background and lots of pics.

Do you print them on your photo printer at home or have them printed somewhere?

Thanks!

BTW - I love how you made the flag the shape of Texas! Very neat.

Dawn - Thanks! I print the collages on my HP - of course that limits me to 8.5 x 11 but then the page protectors and albums are that size anyway. I'd love to see the collage of your son when you have it completed. :]

One more ? about the collages - do you use the same pictures for your scrapbook pages? And if so, do you just cut apart the collages or do you reprint individual pictures? Or something all together different?? lol Sorry!

I was thinking if I could put together some digital groupings of pics, with title ideas and journaling, then when I actually get time to scrapbook, I would just have to print and gather and glue! It seems I have time to organize my pics while Matthew naps during the day, but I never have time to get out all my stuff! DH is promising a scrap day for my birthday so I want to be as prepared as possible!
