Hi all, I just discovered this newsgroup last night and have been reading posts for hours! What a friendly, considerate and close knit bunch you all seem to be. My name is Lauren Christy and I live in MA. I am 35, am married with an almost 17 y.o. son, a dog and a cat. I started scrapbooking about 2 1/2 years ago, but there was a pretty large gap of time between my 2nd and 3rd albums due to some health problems I had. I have picked it back up with a vengeance though and am now into my 4th book. Although I initially started out with CM stuff, I quickly branched out (having discovered a scrapbook store about 20 minutes away) and now use a plethora of different tools & embellishments.
I have a question - if someone has the time to answer, I'd appreciate it so much! I know that OT stands for "off topic", DH stands for "dear hubby/husband", and CM stands for "Creative Memories", but I'm kind of in the dark about everything else. For instance, what does RAK stand for? Any other abbreviations you can think of that are used regularly in here that you can clear up for me would be great! :-) Thanks & I look forward to getting to know you all better.
