The Webshots Terms of Use prohibit you from uploading photos that you did not take or other images that you did not create unless you have the permission of the copyright holder. The Terms of Use also prohibit you from uploading photos featuring individuals without the individuals' consent. This policy is designed to protect you from claims for copyright and/or publicity rights infringements that could result in monetary damages to you.

Funnily enuff.... the images they mainly refer too (i got a list from them) are ALL my own designs ideas etc.... so thats why im so annoyed and kinda ratty LOL

I'd email them back and tell them that these are YOUR designs and you will sue THEM for not allowing you to use their service within THIER terms of service.... bastards...

I have now, made sure by emailing the ppl i got the patterns for, told me under no circumstances am i infringement of anything at all! Emailed webshots back, now waiting upto 3 days for response.

Warning to all those other ladies that have PP up tho, Tab and Angela that i know of, might pay to take them down just in case the bitter jealous old twit that thought it was his/her right to narc on me does the same for you!! Hmmm might shag webshots and put them on a yahoo site. Dont want some ole (insert bad word here) telling ME what i have and havent damn well made LOL

Wow that is so wierd - I have lots of shots of people at Polynesian Cultural Center that I don't have permission of - I wonder if someone complained to them about your stuff?

How dumb can they be. If you've told them and can prove that the items are your design they should back off. They are in breach of their own contract on the copyright issue. Some one must have decided to copy them and wants to try to prove them theirs. Good luck on dealing with them.

Thanks Teresa, Been in contact with hugware, which is the company that makes the clip art that i made the fairy n bears out of too. As far as i know its no prob with them at all!
