OT: Outlook dumb question

Hi.

What is the newsgroup link that I would use to set up the outlook to open up for the newsreader.

I can't find the messages I saw last night in my search.

Thanks.

If you are using Outlook Express just go to Newsgroups and then type in rec.crafts.scrapbooks and then subscribe.

Outlook doesn't have a built in newsreader but Outlook Express should have installed with Outlook. You can use both, keep Outlook for your email and Outlook Express or another newsreader for newsgroups. From internet explorer chose Tools/Internet Options and then for newsgroups see if Outlook Express is an option. From within Outlook you can try Go/News and Outlook Express should open up.

check with your ISP and ask if they have rec crafts.scrapbooks in their newsgroup lists. Mine didn't and it was added on my request. Also there is a newsgroups "reset button" in the newsgroup set up panel. try that.
